Dr. Terry Jenkins

Terry Jenkins, M.D.

Dr. Jenkins earned his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1975. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington, D.C., and a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology. Dr. Jenkins concluded his 22 year military career as Colonel and Chief, Medical Oncology Service, Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, where he also served as director for the medical oncology/hematology fellowship program. He is co-director of medical oncology at St. Joseph's Regional Cancer Center and past chairman of the Department of Medicine and cancer committee. Dr. Jenkins has practiced at the Cancer Clinic since 1997.
